Randi Rubenstein, Founder and Executive Director
Educate Tomorrow’s Parents
Randi Rubenstein founded ETP as a nonprofit organization in 2008 to offer pre-parenting education to teenagers and young adults. Drawing upon her 30 years experience in health information research, she now guides teens to make healthy life choices before they form their future family. Prior to ETP, Randi worked with Ascolta, Center for Healthcare Information, Health Data Institute, and the RAND Corporation. Randi has a Master’s of Science degree in Public Health from UCLA, and a BA in Liberal Arts from the University of Illinois. Randi also has extensive volunteer experience with schools and non-profit organizations. As a foster parent of 10 children, she gained valuable insights into the challenges of children and families. She now lives in Raleigh, NC with her youngest daughter attending a nearby college.

Patricia Yamate, Director of Entertainment Accounting
ABC Entertainment Group
Patti Yamate has served as Treasurer on the Educate Tomorrow’s Parents board since its inception. She brings over 25 years of accounting experience to ETP, and has a B.A. in Economics from UCLA.

Dan Porper’s practice focuses on the representation of private and public technology and life science companies in a broad range of commercial matters, with particular expertise in transactions involving intellectual property. Dan received a B.A. from the University of South Florida and a J.D. from Syracuse University College of Law.

Bret Greene, Manager of Asset Management
Highwoods Properties
Bret Greene has been working with Highwoods Properties, a prominent real estate investment trust company headquartered in Raleigh, since 2006. He holds Bachelors degrees in both Finance and Economics from Elon University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill. Bret and his wife are active in the community and have three young children.

Doug Fedich, Director of North America Finance
Align Technology
Doug Fedich is a Director of North America Finance with Align Technology, a global medical device company. He joined Align Technology recently, after working with Hill-Rom for 2 years. Prior to that, Doug relocated to Raleigh from Arizona where he worked with Intel since 2004. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from Indiana University, and an MBA from Arizona State University. Doug and his wife have two young children. In addition to his work and family endeavors, Doug has been involved in community activities related to youth development. He has been a volunteer football and soccer coach, and a classroom leader of Junior Achievers.
